Daniel Tudor Munteanu (1980) je praktikující architekt a urbanista žijící v Seceavě v Rumunsku. Vzdělání získal v Rumunsku a v Holandsku, vystavoval na 5. Bienále urbanismu a architektury ”UrbanismArchitecture Bi-city Biennale” v Shenzenu a v projektu „Office U.S.“ v pavilonu USA na 14. Bienále architektury v Benátkách. Jeho texty a grafické eseje byly publikovány v časopisech San Rocco, Volume, Log a Oase. V roce 2015 byl kurátorem kapitoly “Aformal Academy/Pedagogical Infrastructure” na 6. Bienále urbanismu a architektury ”UrbanismArchitecture Bi-city Biennale” v Shenzenu a autorsky přispěl k výstavě “The State of the Art of Architecture” na Bienále architektury v Chicagu. V roce 2016 byl spolukurátorem projektu „Unfolding Pavilion“ na 15. Bienále architektury v Benátkách. Daniel je zakladatelem a šéfredaktorem výzkumního projektu „OfHouses – a collection of old forgotten houses“.

Lecture and talk with Daniel Tudor Munteanu, the founder and editor of OfHouses.

Daniel Tudor Munteanu (b. 1980) is a practicing architect and urban planner based in Suceava, Romania. He was educated in Romania and The Netherlands, has exhibited at the 5th ”UrbanismArchitecture Bi-city Biennale” in Shenzhen and has contributed to “OfficeUS”, the U.S. Pavilion for the 14th Venice Architecture Biennale. His texts and graphic essays were published in San Rocco, Volume, Log and Oase. In 2015 he curated the “Aformal Academy/Pedagogical Infrastructure” chapter for the 6th Shenzhen ”UrbanismArchitecture Bi-city Biennale” and contributed to the “The State of the Art of Architecture” project for the Chicago Architecture Biennale. In 2016 he was the co-curator of the first “Unfolding Pavilion” at the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale. Daniel is the founder and editor of the research project ‘OfHouses – a collection of old forgotten houses’.

Visiting Editors is a series of discussions, lectures and readings on other models of publishing in architecture.

The invited authors will make their two-day tours in October, November and December 2017 to Prague and Brno.
